Refund policy

At Six Souls Home & Body, we take pride in creating products that are both effective and thoughtfully made.

Due to the nature of our home and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
